Leah Daugherty was a member of the CU triathlon team from 2005 to 2008. Leah met her husband as well as many close friends on the triathlon team. She currently lives in Japan, has a coaching business and races for La Sportiva.
Gabe Schreiber was raised in Colorado and joined the CU Tri Team the summer after his freshman year at CU. It was a decision that led to what he considers to be among the best of his college experiences. Gabe graduated with his undergraduate degree in Business Accounting in 2007 and recently graduated from CU with a Master of Science in Taxation. Shortly after finishing grad school Gabe completed his first Ironman in Cour d'Alene, Idaho. He currently lives in Denver, works for Ernst and Young and will soon be a licensed CPA.
Mike Conroy is a Certified Public Accountant in Boulder, CO emphasizing professional advice with personal, attentive service. Mike earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Tax from CU Boulder and has been a CPA since 1997. Mike has lived in Boulder County for more than 20 years and currently resides in Boulder with his wife and three children where he spends time enjoying the great outdoors with his family and training for and competing in triathlon and running events.
Corey Hazekamp is from Hawthorne, NJ and has been a member of the CU triathlon team since 2008. He is studying Ecology and Evolutionary biology and is the current President of the CU Tri Team. Corey did his first triathlon in 2008 and enjoys the bike leg of the race most.

Friends of CO Triathlon was founded in the summer of 2011 in order to offer scholarships to the athletes of the CU Triathlon Team. The foundation is a 501c-3 organization with a Board of five Directors who in conjunction with the Coach of the CU Triathlon Team, vote on the foundation's use of funds.

Mike Ricci has been coach of the University of CO Triathlon Team from 2008 to the present and is a Level lll USA Triathlon Certified Coach. Mike earned his MBA in 1998, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and has served on various boards covering a variety of businesses. Mike lives in boulder with his wife and two children and enjoys all that the CO outdoors has to offer.
